My career has always involved looking after a customer’s journey from initial consultation, quotation to supply of the end product. Whether this be events and exhibitions, signage, washing machines, dehumidifiers to services of maintenance, fuel cards. The customer’s requirements and journey are paramount to providing a good experience.

I have worked within a number of sectors throughout my career dealing with the likes of BMW, Nissan, Renault, Screwfix, Argos alongside a number of marketing agencies and independent retailers.

In my personal time, I enjoy playing football a couple of times a week, following Everton Football Club for my sins. I have also taken part in a number of events such as Great North Run, London Marathon, Coast 2 Coast, Ultra Series 50k event and River Rat Race to name a few, all whilst raising money for charities such as Cancer Research and Alzheimers. I also enjoy spending time socialising with friends, family and more recently spending time with my gorgeous daughter Jessica born January 2024.

A number of people have mentioned that I have a likeness of Simon Pegg……. I don’t see it myself!
